Double-sided tapes (for sensors)

Need to relocate sensors? Not sure which sticky tape is suitable? Here are some of the thick double-sided adhesive tapes suitable to stick Blissfull Life sensors/devices onto the wall/tiles.

Type A (0.6 mm thick, black, 40mm x 6mm) - 3M VHB double-sided tape that sticks well on most even surface wall, most even surface tiles and glass, water-proof and usually does not leave residual when removed. Note: Removal residual or/and damage depend on type of painting, wall and process of removal as well, there is no guarantee that it will not cause any damage or leave any residual when removed.

Type B (1mm thick, white, 40mm x 6mm) - 3M VHB double-sided tape that sticks well on most even surface wall, works on most tiles (with slight texture) and glass, water-proof and usually does not leave residual when removed. Note: Removal residual or/and damage depend on type of painting, wall and process of removal as well, there is no guarantee that it will not cause any damage or leave any residual when removed.

Type C (2mm thick, white, 40mm x 6mm) - 3M VHB double-sided tape that sticks well on slight uneven surface wall, works on most tiles and glass, water-proof and usually does not leave residual when removed. Note: Removal residual or/and damage depend on type of painting, wall and process of removal as well, there is no guarantee that it will not cause any damage or leave any residual when removed.

Type D (2mm thick, white, 40mm x 40mm) - Foam type 3M sticky tape that sticks well on most wall and works on most tiles. This is recommended when none of the above works, usually works on rough wall/tile and on some powdery paint. The only limitation of this tape is it leaves residual, not water-proof and requires a lot of effort to completely remove it from the wall/tiles.

It's always good to wipe off the surface to stick on with alcohol wipe, wait for the surface to dry before sticking the sensor. After sticking it, press the sensor hard on to the surface and hold for at least 15 seconds to ensure better adhesion, then gently move the sensor to left and right to see if sticking works well.
