  • Country refers to: Singapore
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Health and Wellness Data (referred to as "Health Data") is a specific category of Personal Data that relates to the physical or mental health of an individual. This includes data accessed through Android system permissions or synced from health platforms like Google Fit or Health Connect.
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

1. Personal Data While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

    Health and Wellness Data

    In compliance with Google Play Store policies, we explicitly disclose the health data we access and collect. To provide the core functionality of the Service (such as tracking health progress, providing personalized wellness insights, and monitoring activities), We access and collect the following categories of Health Data with Your explicit, prior consent:

    Activity and Fitness Data: Including steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned, exercise duration, and heart rate. This is accessed via manual input or directly through integration with platform-specific APIs (e.g., Google Fit, Health Connect, or Apple HealthKit).
    Sleep Data: Including sleep duration, wake-up times, and sleep quality metrics accessed from your connected health accounts or manually logged.
    Self-Reported Data: Information You manually log about Your mood, stress levels, symptoms, or participation in guided programs.
    Biometric/Physiological Data: Such as heart rate variability or blood pressure, if integrated via connected wearable devices.

    2. Usage Data Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include Your Device's IP address, browser type, unique device identifiers, the time and date of Your visit, and other diagnostic data.
    3. Information Collected while Using the Application While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
    • Information regarding your location.
    • Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library.
    • Health and Wellness Data via platform-specific APIs as detailed in the Prominent Disclosure above.
    You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your Device settings and/or the relevant health-specific settings on Your device. Disabling these may limit your use of specific health tracking features.

    Use of Your Personal Data

    The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
    • To provide and maintain our Service: Including to monitor the usage of our Service.
    • To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
    • To contact You: By email, telephone calls, SMS, or push notifications regarding updates or informative communications.
    • To provide You with news and special offers: Unless You have opted not to receive such information.

    Use and Restriction of Health Data

    Purpose of Processing: We use your Health Data strictly to provide and improve the health, movement, and wellness features of the Blissfull Life Service (e.g., generating personalized insights, progress tracking, and recommendations).

    Strict Restrictions: We will never use or disclose Your Health Data for marketing, advertising, or other non-Service-related purposes.

    Data Minimization: We only access and process the specific health data points necessary to execute the application's wellness features.

    Sharing Your Personal Information

    We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
    • With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service or to host data. If Health Data is shared with these providers to facilitate the service, they are contractually obligated to protect it and are strictly prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

    • With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, requiring them to honor this Privacy Policy.
